CHOSEN TO BE A POSSESSION

Dear Reader,

It’s a joy to be back after a few months of break. The Holy Spirit insisted on me so much and I feel it’s appropriate to yield to the Holy Spirit to listen to the voice of our Lord Yeshua.

In this very time of pain, grief and trying times nothing in fact can compensate for the loss the world is facing.

The body of Christ is in a transition to see this through with lots of prayer, intercession and preparations to see every member knitted together and overcome the situation and help the world in whatever way possible.

Every soul is precious and sees life in its utmost uniqueness to carry out the mission of our Lord Yeshua Hamashsiach.

Looking at How the Word of God sees is vital reading it excited me with a new energy hope it will be the same with you.

1 Peter.2:9-10 (NASB)

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

The uniquiness of you and me in this world has a lot more than seeing us in human percpective.

Let me pick these two words Chosen in hebrew bachar it means acceptable, appoint, excellent, join et.

In implication of the words we are grafted to Yeshua and nothing separates us from this relationship.

Possession  in Hebrew is achuzzah it means you are preserved in Yeshua.

Our life on this translates us to see through Yeshua and know that we are more valuable than anything in this world.

I am reminded of what Yeshua himself said in Matthew. 6:25-34. I am to take a few words to bring the thought of how much we have to cherish and hold in our lives.

YESHUA SAID “For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life. Look at the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather crops into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more important than they? And which of you by worrying can add a single day to his life’s span You of little faith! Do not worry then, saying, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you. “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Let’s put it like this knowing who we are in Christ Yeshua and what our goal in this life is only to show light to those in darkness and keep increasing in the ability given by our Lord Yeshua to have a life surrounded with a passion of souls who are travelling in the same direction with excellences to proclaim the truth of whom you serve and lead every soul with care and concern.
